Iddo Dror is Program Leader, Impact at Scale at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), based in Nairobi, Kenya. He has more than fifteen years’ experience, including assignments with UN agencies and the private sector, several years at the University of Geneva setting up and running an innovative MBA program, and most recently before joining ILRI, over five years in India working with the Micro Insurance Academy (MIA), an organization he co-founded and helped transition to become an international award-winning, ISO certified leader in its field. Iddo is an experienced educator, and a visiting professor at the University of Geneva, where he teaches a graduate course on sustainable finance. He is particularly passionate about how research insights, capacity development, economic incentives and technology can come together to help deliver impact at scale. He has a PhD in Economic and Social Sciences and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
